Anthony’s in-depth knowledge in sales and management come from his vast experience. He developed and crafted his skills from having successfully worked in virtually every sales venue there is. He sold and managed for a wide range of corporations including IBM, Craftmatic Adjustable beds, PF Collier Encyclopedias, ADT Security Services, Protection One, Brinks Home Security and along the way owned, operated and sold a successful office supply business.
Due to Anthony’s proficiency and success in the field, several of the companies had asked him to become their certified trainer so he can aide in the development of others. It was this exposure; Anthony gained his passion for training, which he now incorporates into his consulting business. All of his training and development programs, along with his consultation methods have been written and designed from his actual training certifications, along with his field sales and management success.
Before embarking into his consulting business, Anthony was promoted to several key upper management roles from which he gained his vast managerial experience. It is there where he received his certifications in recruiting and Interviewing. He personally recruited, hired and trained thousands sales and management professionals, many of whom went on to advancing career positions within their organization.
