Anthony’s in-depth knowledge in sales and management come from his vast experience.  He developed and crafted his skills from having successfully worked in virtually every sales venue there is. He sold and managed for a wide range of corporations including IBM, Craftmatic Adjustable beds, PF Collier Encyclopedias, ADT Security Services, Protection One, Brinks Home Security and along the way owned, operated and sold a successful office supply business.

Due to Anthony’s proficiency and success in the field, several of the companies had asked him to become their certified trainer so he can aide in the development of others. It was this exposure; Anthony gained his passion for training, which he now incorporates into his consulting business. All of his training and development programs, along with his consultation methods have been written and designed from his actual training certifications, along with his field sales and management success.

Before embarking into his consulting business, Anthony was promoted to several key upper management roles from which he gained his vast managerial experience. It is there where he received his certifications in recruiting and Interviewing. He personally recruited, hired and trained thousands sales and management professionals, many of whom went on to advancing career positions within their organization.

Anthony is extremely proficient in the “One Call Close Method” of selling along with having a strong talent in networking and account development.

Anthony developed his Proven "WYB" (What You Believe) Training Method by incorporating what drives him on a daily basis; “What You Believe is What You Achieve”. All of his program’s begin by helping his students first believe what they are learning will aide in their success and how it can help them achieve their goals. This allows them to gain a new skill in addition to becoming stronger and more confident in the field, thus maximizing the benefits of the training.

Created by a motivation and belief that drives me,
 
"WHAT YOU BELIEVE is
WHAT YOU ACHIEVE".
Throughout my life and my career there has never been an obstacle that I believed I could not overcome. This belief comes from my family. Having grown up in a family led by a single mom and two older brothers and a sister, the support we received from her and each other led me to believe there is nothing in life you cannot achieve if you truly believe you can.

My brothers and sister are all successful business people and all started with virtually nothing other then their belief in themselve's. The belief in achievement was provided by sharing a strength, conviction and commitment from our mother and each other.

My mother was not only a single mom, she was diagnosed with cancer which required the removal of a kidney back in 1963 at the age of 50. As a result also had a variety of major health challenges throughout her life and was told on multiple occasion's she would not survive. However throughout her life, mom displayed an incredible internal belief. She believed she would survive and had to survive for her family. Mom has since passed at the age of 83 and by all medical standards should have not survived to the age she had. However she did survive well beyond what she should have because she
BELIEVED SHE WOULD.

It was this internal belief that mom passed on to all of us. I have incorporated this belief into everything I do.

My exposure to this truly incredible internal belief is what drives me on a daily basis, and gave rise to my "What You Believe is What you Achieve" training method. Throughout my life and career, I believe that I could achieve anything I set a goal for. Whatever goals I set out for, whatever challenges I have to face,
I always believe I will achieve or
overcome them.

I believe the same is true when it comes to learning and teaching. I believe that in order for someone to truly become successful in whatever they set out for they first must believe they can and will be successful.

I have interwoven my "WYB Method" into all of our material and programs. This process first gets students to start to believe they can achieve and then we work on developing the process which helps them to believe
they WILL achieve.

By understanding this incredible internal belief they become stronger and more confident, thus making the training process much easier and a lot more fun.

The additional benefit is once they discover this unique and easy concept, they will incorporate this belief both personally and professionally, which will make them much happier and more successful. The "WYB" Method is the Key to everyone's success.
